Request Data Deletion — Opus Counter

You can request the deletion of all device data associated with your Opus Counter display at any time. Opus Counter does not create user accounts — it stores only device pairing information.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — Unpair from Opus POS: Store operators can remove paired Opus Counter devices directly from the Opus POS management portal. This immediately deletes the device pairing record from our servers.

Option 2 — Email us: If you cannot access the Opus POS portal, send an email to the address below.

  1. Send an email from the address associated with your Opus POS account.
  2. Include your store name and device model.
  3. Use the subject line: "Opus Counter Data Deletion Request".

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will remove the device pairing record from our servers and confirm the deletion via email. The Opus Counter app on the device will need to be re-paired if you wish to use it again.
