You can request the deletion of your Opus POS account and all associated data at any time.
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account.
- Include your full name and store name in the email.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
30-Day Processing
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account profile and login credentials
- Store settings and configuration
- Product and inventory data
- Order and transaction history
- Cashier and staff accounts under your store
Data That May Be Retained
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
- Records required by law (e.g., tax records, as required by applicable regulations)
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the deletion via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. During the 30-day period,
your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
