These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Opus Billboard application (the "App"), a free digital signage companion for the Opus POS system, operated by Plat4m Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Opus Billboard is a free digital signage application designed to display promotional content, advertisements, and store information on TV screens and displays in-store. It pairs with an Opus POS store account and receives content assigned by the store operator through the Opus POS management portal.
The App is intended for use by business operators who use the Opus POS system. You must have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for use as a digital signage display paired with an authorized Opus POS store.

The App collects only device-level identifiers (Device ID and Device Model) for pairing purposes. No personal data is collected from customers or end users. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of Plat4m Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand names, or logos.
The App requires an internet connection to receive content from Plat4minc servers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAT4MINC INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking the device from your Opus POS store. To request deletion of stored device data, see our Data Deletion page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
