You can request the deletion of your Chotu Delivery driver account and all associated
data at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account.
- Include your full name and phone number registered on the account.
- Use the subject line: "Chotu Delivery Account Deletion Request".
30-Day Processing
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Delivery history and records
- Earnings and payout records
- Location history
- Login credentials
Data That May Be Retained
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
- Records required by law (e.g., earnings records for tax purposes)
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the deletion via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. During the 30-day period,
your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to receive delivery orders.
