You can request the deletion of your Chotu Delivery driver account and all associated data at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account.
  2. Include your full name and phone number registered on the account.
  3. Use the subject line: "Chotu Delivery Account Deletion Request".

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the deletion via email. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. During the 30-day period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to receive delivery orders.
