These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chotu Delivery mobile application (the "App"), a delivery driver platform for local stores and restaurants in small towns, operated by Plat4m Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Chotu Delivery enables delivery drivers to receive, accept, and fulfill delivery orders from local stores and restaurants. The App provides real-time order notifications, GPS navigation to pickup and drop-off locations, and delivery earnings tracking.
You must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license (if delivering by motor vehicle), and have the legal authority to perform delivery services in your area. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Drivers using the App are independent contractors, not employees of Plat4m Inc. You are responsible for your own transportation, insurance, taxes, and compliance with local laws. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
The App requires access to your device's GPS location while you are on duty. Location data is used to assign nearby deliveries, provide navigation, and share your location with customers for delivery tracking. You may disable location access by going off duty or closing the App.
When you accept a delivery order, you agree to:
Delivery fees and earnings are determined by the platform and communicated before you accept each order. Earnings are tracked in the App and paid out according to the payout schedule. You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings.

You may delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAT4MINC INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EARNINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT OCCUR DURING DELIVERIES.
You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your delivery activities, including vehicle insurance and personal liability insurance as required by applicable law. Plat4m Inc. does not provide insurance coverage for delivery drivers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
